Electric Vehicles are becoming increasingly significant in reducing emissions. Bloomberg has estimated that in 2040 some 55% of all new passenger vehicles registered will be electric. That is sooner than most of us think.

That said, if you are thinking about entering the EV charging business, you are probably not shopping on a whim, and you try to be especially careful in identifying your needs. The backdrop of European EV sales growth
2015 was an incredible year for European EV sales with a 99% increase in sales (against a 55% sales increase from 2014). Netherlands and Sweden showed incredibly strong sales at the end of 2015. Customers rushed to buy PHEVs (plug-in hybrid electric vehicles) before government incentives finished at the end of the year.
